1. Service Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between Sai Enterprises (hereinafter "Company") and the customer (hereinafter "Client"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Service Description

Sai Enterprises is an authorized LG AC service center providing installation, repair, and maintenance services for LG air conditioning systems. Services are provided on residential and commercial properties in and around Bangalore.

• AC installation and setup
• AC repair and troubleshooting
• Gas refilling and top-up services
• Preventive maintenance
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

3. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, bank transfers, and online payments. For AMC contracts, payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement.

4. Warranty

All parts replacements come with a 1-2 year manufacturer's warranty. Labor warranty is typically 6 months for repairs. New installations include comprehensive warranty coverage as per LG standards. Extended warranty options are available upon request.

5. Service Scheduling

Appointments should be scheduled in advance by contacting our office. We strive to honor all scheduled appointments. If rescheduling is necessary, we will provide 24 hours notice. For emergency services, we provide 24/7 support with priority response times.

6. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel scheduled appointments up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. For AMC plans, cancellation terms are detailed in the contract.

7. Liability and Limitations

Sai Enterprises is not responsible for damages to property or equipment that occur during service. We use only genuine LG parts and follow manufacturer guidelines. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues unrelated to our service work.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sai Enterprises and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Service

Sai Enterprises specializes exclusively in LG air conditioning systems. We do not service other brands. Our service is limited to Bangalore and surrounding areas as per our coverage map.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.

12. Changes to Terms
